Itinerary
DAY 1:(PICK UP IN BALI - OBSERVATION OF TURTLE LAYING EGGS)
Sukamade, Bromo, Ijen, Tumpaksewu tour from Bali will start around 08.00 (Bali time Zone), our staff will pick you up from your hotel in the Bali area (Ubud, Canggu, Kuta, Denpasar, Jimbaran and Lovina), then we will drive to the Gilimanuk ferry port.
Then you will take a ferry for about an hour to reach the Ketapang Ferry
Port (in Java). Upon arrival in Java we will take you to a local restaurant for lunch and then continue the journey to the Homestays near Sukamade Beach , to get there it takes about 4-5 hours with Several stops.
Before heading to the Homestay Sukamade National Park, we will go to the Sukamade basecamp which will take approximately 2,5 hours, when we arrive there then continue the journey to the HOMESTAY in the middle of the forest near SUKAMADE beach using a 4x4 Jeep, this trip takes about 2.5 hours to get there because the road conditions are very badly damaged, during the trip you will be treated to views of forests and rubber plantations managed by local residents, at that time you will feel the real adventure.
Upon arrival you can take a short break or explore the HOMESTAY area,
and at 6:00 pm we will have dinner together before continuing the
journey. Then at 8:00 pm we will head to the beach to search for and
observe turtles laying eggs in the wild, this process cannot be
predicted because it really depends on nature, when we have found a
turtle laying eggs we can enjoy the process until it is finished.
After the turtle observation activity is finished, we will return to the
homestay to rest, and the activity will continue the next morning,
namely releasing the hatchlings/baby turtles.
DAY 2:(RELEASE BABY OF TURTLE - ACCOMMODATION IN IJEN)
The baby turtle release activity will be carried out in the morning at
06.00 am, we will go to the beach together with the baby turtles, when
you arrive at the beach you can immediately release the baby turtles
into the sea and enjoy the beach for a while.
After that we will return to the HOMESTAY for breakfast, after breakfast
we will leave the HOMESTAY and then go to the basecamp to change
vehicles.
OPTIONAL: before going to the accommodation we can visit green bay beach which is located close to the homestay.
After that, the journey continues to accommodation around the Ijen crater area, which takes about 2.5 hours.

DAY 3:(IJEN CRATER BLUE FIRE TOUR - ACOMMODATION IN TUMPAKSEWU WATERFALL AREA)
The Ijen Crater tour will begin at 12:30 AM. Our staff will pick you up from your hotel or villa in the Banyuwangi area. The journey will continue to Paltuding (the starting point), approximately one hour from downtown Banyuwangi.
The hike will begin at 2:00 AM. From here, it will take you 1.5 hours to climb the slopes of the Ijen Crater (a trail approximately 3.5 km long). Along the walking trail, you'll enjoy stunning natural scenery, fresh air, and the chirping of birds.
Upon reaching the summit of the Ijen Crater, at an altitude of approximately 2,385 meters above sea level, you will be able to see the blue fire.
If you wish to see the blue fire phenomenon, continue your journey to the crater floor. This journey takes approximately 30 minutes, with slightly dangerous terrain, as the trail is filled with rocks and sand, making it a bit slippery. Once you reach the sulfur area, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the blue fire. (Blue fire is a unique natural phenomenon caused by the combustion of sulfur gas emitted from the crater of Mount Ijen, and is naturally occurring.)
Please note that the path down to the crater floor, including the path leading down to the lake, is not equipped with safety equipment for descending or ascending. We strongly advise against attempting to descend into the crater. Otherwise, the tour organizers are not responsible for any potential consequences.
After enjoying the beauty of the blue fire, continue climbing back to the summit.
In the morning, around 5:00 AM, you'll be captivated by the stunning panorama of the Ijen Crater, featuring an acidic lake with turquoise water. The view is especially beautiful if you take photos above the crater. Beyond the scenery, you'll also see sulfur miners descending into the crater to extract yellow sulfur rocks and ascending back up along a treacherous path along the edge of the crater, carrying 40-70 kilograms of weight on their shoulders. This is dangerous and difficult work.
After enjoying the breathtaking views of the Ijen Crater, we'll descend to the parking area where our car will be waiting to take you back to your hotel for breakfast and to collect your bags. Before departing for the Tumpaksewu waterfall area, the journey will take approximately 6-7 hours with several stops.

DAY 4:(EXPLORE TUMPAKSEWU WATERFALL - ACOMMODATION IN BROMO AREA)
The Tumpak Sewu Waterfall tour will begin at 6 a.m.
Upon arrival at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, our guide will accompany you to the Panorama viewpoint, offering a 180-degree panoramic view of the waterfall.
After enjoying the view, we'll descend to the base of the waterfall, taking photos from various angles. The descent can be slippery due to the wet conditions, but newly constructed iron ladders and cement steps are available.
(Suitable footwear and a waterproof bag are recommended.)
This activity will last approximately 3 hours, depending on your level of involvement with the waterfall.
After exploring the waterfall, we'll return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing to our next destination, Mount Bromo, which is a 3-hour drive from Tumpak Sewu Waterfall.

DAY 5:(SUNRISE BROMO TOUR - DROP OFF AT SURABAYA)
The Mount Bromo Sunrise Tour will begin around 3:00 AM from your hotel. Your jeep will take you to the most famous viewpoint in the Mount Bromo area, Penanjakan/King Kong Hill/Seruni Point. From this hill, you can see the best sunrise in East Java with a backdrop of mountains and volcanoes.
(Optional: If you're visiting Mount Bromo on a weekend, the tour can start earlier or you can enjoy the sunrise from the Bromo crater to avoid the crowds.)
After you've had your fill of the beautiful views of Mount Bromo, we'll return to the jeep and continue your adventure until you reach the sea of sand in the Mount Bromo area.
we'll stop at the parking area, then traverse the sea of sand on horseback or on foot until you reach the stairs on the slopes of Mount Bromo that will lead you to the summit.
After enjoying the volcanic activity at the summit of Mount Bromo, you'll return to your jeep, and it will take you back to your hotel for breakfast, showering, packing, and loading your bags.
After that, we'll continue our journey to the Surabaya area, which will take approximately 3 hours.
Upon arrival in Surabaya, we will take you to your hotel, airport, or train station (where the tour ends).
Then our trip ends.
